Santa Rosa Beach

Santa Rosa Beach is our personal favorite and the place we call home.

Welcome to Santa Rosa Beach

Santa Rosa Beach is a personal favorite and the place we call home. It’s by far the most laid back, and frankly where all of the locals live. Outside of an endless list of things to do between world-class cuisine and incredible art galleries, Santa Rosa Beach is the largest in terms of geographic footprint which leaves a lot to be explored.

Rated a “Top 5 Favorite City”, and “Best Beach on Earth” by Travel + Leisure Magazine, Santa Rosa Beach was originally founded in 1910. You’ll find luxury beach homes juxtaposed with multiple entry points to Point Washington - a State Forest boasting over 15,000 acres of preserved nature. Beyond the fine dining, beautiful homes, and breathtaking nature, Santa Rosa Beach is also home to Gulf Place which features some of the most unique collections of local art anywhere in the country.

The beaches are certainly beautiful with emerald green water and soft white sand, but you can also find plenty to do in a town like catching an event or music show at the Gulley Amphitheater, a local pet-friendly event space home to concerts and events year-round.

For beer lovers, be sure to stop and check out some of our favorite local breweries, Grayton Beer Co., and Idyll Hounds Brewing Co.

Whether you’re a foodie, a connoisseur of the arts, or a nature lover, you’ll find plenty of unique and memorable experiences here. If you’re looking to sell or buy a home in the area, contact Garett for a tour of the area from a lifelong local.
